2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon further inspection. We strive to offer transparent and competitive pricing. Any changes to the scope of work or unforeseen circumstances may affect the final cost, which will be communicated promptly.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee to cover allocated resources and potential lost opportunities.
5. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on labor and parts supplied through our services. This warranty covers workmanship and materials under normal usage conditions. It does not extend to damages caused by misuse, accidents, environmental conditions, unauthorized alterations, or improper maintenance.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the work area. This includes ensuring that the area is free from hazards and that pets or children are kept away during service. Clients must also disclose any known issues or previous repairs related to the service area.
7. Limitation of Liability
APEX Garage Door & Gate Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, acts of God, or governmental actions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of APEX Garage Door & Gate Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
